We pride ourselves in always delivering personal, tailor made care recognising clients’ individual uniqueness.We are CQC registered and regulated and fully compliant as per Health & Social Care 2008 Act Regulations 2014 and Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.
Our care staff are well-trained, carefully vetted and thoroughly assessed, to ensure our high standards are always maintained. All Rehoboth Health and Home Care Ltd care staff are directly employed by us, continuously assessed and provided with ongoing training to ensure skills and working practices are kept up to date.
Our meticulous recruitment procedure includes a formal interview; personal and professional reference confirmation; Criminal Records Bureau (Enhanced CRB) and Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) and (POCA) checks. We also confirm any training already received and verify certification. We aim to offer high quality care from our well-trained, carefully vetted and thoroughly assessed staff. We undertake comprehensive Needs Assessment and Risk Assessment. We devise care plans in partnership with service users and their care givers.
