Our meticulous recruitment procedure includes a formal interview; personal and professional reference confirmation; Criminal Records Bureau (Enhanced CRB) and Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) and (POCA) checks. We also confirm any training already received and verify certification. We aim to offer high quality care from our well-trained, carefully vetted and thoroughly assessed staff. We undertake comprehensive Needs Assessment and Risk Assessment. We devise care plans in partnership with service users and their care givers.
